Progressive Asset Management offers several states' 529 Plans. Currently withdrawals from 529 Plans are tax-exempt. Investment earnings grow tax free until withdrawn for qualified educational purposes until 2010. If Congress extends legislation, tax-free qualified withdrawals could be made after 2010.
