Financial West Group
Ask your broker to request a user id and password. Then go to http://www.fwg.com. Then click on Online Services (OLS) on the left side of the screen and type in your user id and password in the new window.
Charles Schwab & Co.
Call Schwab Alliance 1-800-515-2157 to receive a user id and password. Go to http://www.schwab.com and click on login. Then type in your user id and password.
Calvert Family of Funds
Go to http://www.calvert.com/account.html and click on Access my Account in the middle of the page. Then click on create pin. Have your account number and social security number available. Create a pin. If you already have a pin then just enter your social security number and the pin.
New Alternatives
Currently there is no on-line access available for New Alternatives accounts. If you would like to know the current value, please call the investor services number that appears on the top of your statement.
Ameritas VA
Go to https://secure.ameritas.com/sconline/ and follow the directions to establish a pin id. Once you have a pin id click on “Log in to Service Center Access On-Line” and enter your policy number (or social security number) and your pin id.
Hartford Financial VA
Go to http://www.hartfordinvestor.com/products/annovrw.html and click on Annuity Contract Access under Account Access on the left side of the screen. Then click on the tab that says Create/Reset Pin. Have your social security number, contract number, and date of birth ready. Once you have a pin (or if you already have a pin click on Login and type in your User id and Pin).
Prism VA
Currently there is no on-line access available for Prism accounts. If you would like to know the current value, please call the investor services number that appears on the top of your statement.
